    Dinner: Creative Dishes Span Both Land and Sea

    From the ocean, poached sea bream arrives with aromatic crispy rice and vibrant tom kha broth. From terra firma, there's short rib-stuffed ricotta raviolini or brick-roasted organic chicken. The wine list, which has received prestigious awards from Wine Spectator, is deep, thoughtful and bold, befitting of WYLD's setting. For the indecisive—or the curious—there's a chef's tasting menu, available in both three- and seven-course formats, showcasing the best of the applicable season. Open year-round, WYLD offers an atmosphere where edge meets elegance, and a culinary program that reaches new peaks.

    Elevated Après Ski

    During ski season, WYLD caters to the après ski hours, with caviar service, live music and a panoramic backdrop of snow-covered slopes. Outdoor music plays mid-January through April with acoustic guitarist playing Sunday - Thursday and live DJ on the weekends.

    Ski into our location at the base of Bachelor Gulch and return to Beaver Creek via the Bachelor Gulch Express Lift (#16) or Village Connect shuttle service.

    Lunch: Where Edge Meets Elegance

    Open for lunch during the winter season, WYLD is the ideal location to take a break from skiing with a dedicated menu to refuel your day. Every plate is a suggestion of adventure-meeting-refinement. Weather permitting, WYLD Terrace is a winter haven: snow-dusted landscaping and rustic stonework surround low-slung fire pits and comfy seating. The setting feels a bit like a storybook retreat, offering a seamless transition from refined indoor dining to a fireside alpine escape.
